Luke Greenfield is a painter based in the Wairarapa, New Zealand. He began as a wood sculptor before moving into oil painting.

Luke works wet-on-wet in oils using a limited palette. He focuses on drawing, light and structure throughout the painting process.

His aim is simply to make the strongest work he can. The meaning is left to the viewer.
